Star Speller is a fun and positive-attitude app that helps kids improve their reading and spelling skills.

There are two games, Reading Power and Spelling Power.

Reading Power: "Touch the word you hear."

Spelling Power: "Touch the letters to spell the word you hear."

There are 30 levels of K-through-2nd Grade high frequency words. The levels are progressively more difficult.

Players have a limited about of time to complete a task. This is called the "Challenge Speed," and can be adjusted from the Settings menu.

The players high score for each level is represented on the Home Screen. Heres how the scoring works:
- Less than 7 correct = half star
- 7 out of 10 correct = one star
- 8 or 9 out of 10 correct = two stars
- 10 out of 10 correct = three stars
